What is Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy is an allied health profession that uses movements, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities (such as trigger point dry needling, ultrasound, etc.) to decrease pain, promote mobility, and improve patient’s overall function.

Our goal is to help you achieve your goals; to better your quality of life, correct joint function/range of motion, promote postural positioning, manage injuries, increase functional capacity, improve performance, and safely return athlete’s to their sports.

Whether your goal is to avoid or postpone surgical intervention, find pain relief for a chronic condition, or improve performance and decrease risk of future injury, our Physical therapists can help.
