A PayPal account is not required to make a payment. Payments can be made as a guest using a credit or debit card.
Please be sure to enter the full name and ID number of the patient so that the credit can be applied to the correct account. (ex. John Smith 1234)

A receipt will be emailed to you following your completed payment.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the payment to be applied to your account
