Lorne T. MacDonald, PT, DPT


Dr. MacDonald graduated from the University of Michigan where he received his B.S. in Health Sciences and Master of Physical Therapy. He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Temple University. He treats patients of all ages, various pain related problems, and dysfunction.  His goals are to promote health, increase function and decrease pain in his patients. As a disabled veteran Dr. MacDonald has a great deal of empathy for his patients and takes the time to listen one on one, in order to provide the highest quality of care. He creates a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment for everyone.

Dan Barraclogh, PT, DPT,


Dan graduated from Dickinson State University where he earned his B.S. in Biology with Chemistry and Coaching minors. After his undergraduate years, he continued his studies at the University of Montana where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dan has a special interest in the orthopedic world working in extremity rehab. He has a wide variety of experience from working with sedentary patients to elite level athletes. 

He is also certified to perform trigger point dry needling (TDN) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). 

Matthew Oliver, PT, DPT



Matt is originally from Indiana, however he has spent the last half of his life on the west coast. He received a degree in Sports Medicine and Coaching from Pepperdine University. While at Pepperdine he was a 4 year starter on the club rugby team. Following Pepperdine, Matt obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Harding University. Matt is an avid sports enthusiast and has worked with athletes of all ages to return them to their specific sport.

Matt is an EXOS Certified Performance Specialist with additional certifications that include KT Taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Certified Dry Needling (Cert. DN). Matt is currently working towards obtaining his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.

Grace, PT, DPT

Grace graduated from George Washington University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island. Her interests range from working with orthopedic and sports-related injuries to neurological conditions. Grace played rugby for nine years prior to pursuing physical therapy, and now enjoys running, lifting, and hiking.


Jacqueline Thomas, PT, DPT


Jackie grew up in Colorado Springs and graduated from AAHS. She earned her Bachelors degree in Natural Science and Minor in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage. At UAA she competed 4 years on a full ride, Division 1, Gymnastics Scholarship. She then went on to the University of Utah to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jackie enjoys working with all competitive sports athletes.

She is certified to perform trigger point dry needling (TDN) and seeks to pursue her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certifications



Colleen Vierk, PT, DPT



Colleen is originally from Lapeer, MI and graduated from Albion College in 2012 with a bachelors of science in Exercise Science. At Albion, she played basketball for two seasons and Track & Field for three seasons. In Track & Field Colleen competed in the 800M, 1500M, discus, and javelin. She graduated in 2015 with her DPT from the University of Michigan-Flint. She has worked in orthopedic and sports settings with opportunities involving figure skating, hockey, basketball, track and field, football, and combative sports.

Currently, Colleen is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Triand is pursuing her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.


Amber Breault, PTA


Amber is a Colorado Springs native. She graduated from Mitchell HS, then attended Colorado Technical University receiving an Associate & Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication and Digital Media Design.  She then attended Pueblo Community College- graduating with highest honors for both the college and Phi Theta Kappa with an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assisting. Amber is recognized by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  She is a regionally ranked karate competitor under the World Karate Federation, and AAU.

Sarah Burke, ATC


Sarah is a native Coloradoan who attended Pine Creek HS, then pursued undergraduate coursework at Texas Tech University and UCCS. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from MSU Denver with an emphasis on Human Performance and Sport. Experience ranges from athletes of all ages including medical coverage for AAA hockey, Division II NCAA baseball/basketball/soccer, rugby, football, and USA figure skating. Personal sports include basketball, lacrosse, and equestrian. Sarah is also a 3 time nationally qualified fitness competitor who enjoys shooting guns, snowboarding/skiing, hiking, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her Doberman Koa. Lastly, Sarah is Performance Enhancement Specialist, Emergency First Responder, Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation, and International Sports Medicine Association.

Vivian Plummer-Benzick, PTA



Viv has her associates degree in Applied Sciences and her certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). She enjoys working with patients with all types of diagnoses to help them get back to do the things they love with minimal pain. Viv was awarded the American Physical Therapy Assocations PTA recognition of Advanded Proficiency in Orthopedics. 

She is also a Certified Sports Yoga Therapist. 

Amber Crossman, PTA

Amber hails from the small town of Alturas in northern California. She attended UC Santa Barbara where she completed a double minor in Exercise Science and Fitness Instruction in addition to a BA in Philosophy. While at USCB she also finished an athletic training internship and became a Certified Athletic Trainer. In addition, Amber completed her Massage Therapy Certification and is currently Licensed in the state of Colorado. She went on to matriculate from Cal U Pennsylvania with her MS in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion. Later she attended Arapahoe community College to conclude her AAS as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including horseback riding, skiing and travelling with her husband, son and daughter.
