Lorne T. MacDonald, PT, DPT



Dr. MacDonald graduated from the University of Michigan where he received his B.S. in Health Sciences and Master of Physical Therapy. He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Temple University. He treats patients of all ages, various pain related problems, and dysfunction.  His goals are to promote health, increase function and decrease pain in his patients. As a disabled veteran Dr. MacDonald has a great deal of empathy for his patients and takes the time to listen one on one, in order to provide the highest quality of care. He creates a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment for everyone.

Dan Barraclogh, PT, DPT


Dan graduated from Dickinson State University where he earned his B.S. in Biology with Chemistry and Coaching minors. After his undergraduate years, he continued his studies at the University of Montana where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dan has a special interest in the orthopedic world working in extremity rehab. He has a wide variety of experience from working with sedentary patients to elite level athletes. 

He is also certified to perform trigger point dry needling (TDN) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). 

Jennifer Doctor, PT

Jen graduated from the University of Toledo where she received her B.S. in Physical Therapy. She has worked with a variety of patients including those with orthopedic and neurological issues and injuries in various clinical settings ranging from nursing homes to hospitals. As she continues practicing she is seeking further education and certifications, such as Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Specialist Certification: Sports (SCS).


Jen is also certified to perform trigger point therapy (TDN) and manipulations.

Scott Johnson, PT


Scott received his B.S. in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University and continued his education at Winston-Salem State University, where he earned his Masters in Physical Therapy. Scott has experience working with a patients with differing diagnoses, including elite-level athletes, Crossfit athletes and weekend warriors. He is passionate about helping patients who have sports related injuries, shoulder problems, low back, hip and neck pain. 

Scott is also an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is certified to perform trigger point dry needling (TDN).


Jacqueline Thomas, PT, DPT

Jackie earned her B.S. in Natural Science and a minor in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage while she competed as a D-1 gymnast on a full ride scholarship. After leaving Alaska, she went to the University of Utah to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She enjoys working with all types patients from pediatrics to geriatrics with various limitations and diagnoses. 



 Colleen Vierk, PT, DPT


Colleen went to Albion College for her B.S. in Exercise Science. After her undergrad she earned her Doctorate in Physcial Therapy from Michigan. (Go Blue!). She enjoys working with neurological, orthopedic and sports related diagnoses. Colleen's goal is to volunteer at the Olympic Training Center with professional athletes. 

She is certifited to perform trigger point dry needling (TDN) and wants to pursue her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Amber Breault, P.T.A.

Amber has her Associates degree in Applied Science and her certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She also has her bachelors in Graphic Design. She enjoys helping her patients improve their well being through manual and therapeutic exercises. 

Amber also has a background in kinesio-taping and cupping therapy. 

Sarah Burke, ATC

Sarah is a athletic trainer.

Vivian Plummer-Benzick, PTA

Viv has her associates degree in Applied Sciences and her certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). She enjoys working with patients with all types of diagnoses to help them get back to do the things they love with minimal pain. Viv was awarded the American Physical Therapy Assocations PTA recognition of Advanded Proficiency in Orthopedics. 

She is also a Certified Sports Yoga Therapist.
